Welcome to the Collaborative Concurrence Shop! My name is Shana Pearlmutter and I am a visual artist, artistic collaborator and arts educator in Chicago. The work for sale in this shop is the result of 3 years of ongoing collaboration with artists, storytellers and thinkers in the US & Morocco. The body of this work was in a comprehensive collaboration show at Uncommon Ground, 2019. In the spirit of building community via the nuances of shared artistic language, these works connect to human spirit, imagination and hope.

Moroccan art sales will go back to Moroccans. COVID-19 has devastated the tourist trade in Morocco and every little bit helps to sustain their livelihood. Thank you to my husband, Mohamed Danja for your help!
